CENER commissioned Orbital Critical Systems to design and implement a complete test bench solution for a new generation Wind Turbine power train. The solution was based on an open client-server architecture totally tailored for the turbine bench hardware environment, including a real-time data acquisition module working up to 50 Khz rates. The system was designed to provide highly versatile and flexible sampling rates to test engineers and features a customized graphical HMI for data visualization along with automatic generation of alarms and reports.
